Pecan Roll

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 12 c corn syrup
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 1 12 c pecans

Directions

1. Mix sugar syrup and milk cook to softball stage Take off heat and add pecans Beat until it starts to thicken Pour into buttered pan Cut into pieces
