Pecan Roll
Ingredients
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 14 oz pkg caramels
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Combine the first 3 ingredients mix with hands
- Shape mixture into 5 4 x 1-inch rolls mixture will be dry
- Combine caramels and water melt in microwave or double boiler
- Dip rolls in melted caramels roll each in pecans
- Chill for at least 1 hour before cutting in slices
