Pecan Roll

Ingredients

• 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 14 oz pkg caramels
• 3 Tbsp water
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Combine the first 3 ingredients mix with hands
2. Shape mixture into 5 4 x 1-inch rolls mixture will be dry
3. Combine caramels and water melt in microwave or double boiler
4. Dip rolls in melted caramels roll each in pecans
5. Chill for at least 1 hour before cutting in slices
