Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 1 lb loaves frozen bread dough thawed
  • 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 regular pkg vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 12 c butter or 1 stick margarine melted
  • 1 c chopped pecans divided
  • 14 c milk

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan Cut one loaf into small pieces and place in pan
  2. Melt margarine
  3. In small bowl combine sugar pudding butter and milk
  4. Mix well Drizzle half of the sugar mixture over dough pieces Sprinkle with half of the pecans
  5. Cut remaining loaf into small pieces and place over first layer Drizzle remaining sugar mixture over dough
  6. Sprinkle nuts Cover and refrigerate overnight use foil
  7. Uncover in am and bake at 325 until golden brown approximately 45 minutes
  8. Invert pan immediately on serving tray
