Pecan Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 1 lb loaves frozen bread dough thawed
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 regular pkg vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 12 c butter or 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 c chopped pecans divided
- 14 c milk
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan Cut one loaf into small pieces and place in pan
- Melt margarine
- In small bowl combine sugar pudding butter and milk
- Mix well Drizzle half of the sugar mixture over dough pieces Sprinkle with half of the pecans
- Cut remaining loaf into small pieces and place over first layer Drizzle remaining sugar mixture over dough
- Sprinkle nuts Cover and refrigerate overnight use foil
- Uncover in am and bake at 325 until golden brown approximately 45 minutes
- Invert pan immediately on serving tray
