Pecan Wafers

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 egg yolk unbeaten
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c Crisco
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg white unbeaten
Directions
- Sift flour add salt and sift again
- Cream shortening
- Add sugar and egg yolk
- Cream
- Add milk and vanilla then add all dry ingredients and mix well
- Roll to 18-inch thick brush with egg white and sprinkle with pecans
- Bake in moderate oven at 350
- When done cut in squares
