PeggyS Carrot-Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 12 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 15 14 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 3 c grated carrots
  • 1 c pecans

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and oil add eggs and crushed pineapple
  2. Beat well Mix dry ingredients together and add to other mixture
  3. Add carrots and pecans and beat well
  4. Bake in three 9-inch greased and floured pans about 40 minutes at 350
