PeggyS Carrot-Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 12 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 15 14 oz can crushed pineapple
- 3 c grated carrots
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Mix sugar and oil add eggs and crushed pineapple
- Beat well Mix dry ingredients together and add to other mixture
- Add carrots and pecans and beat well
- Bake in three 9-inch greased and floured pans about 40 minutes at 350
