PeggyS Pickled Mostaccioli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb box mostaccioli
  • 6 drops yellow food coloring
  • 1 12 c vinegar
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coarse pepper
  • 1 tsp Accent
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium cucumber

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions adding food coloring to water
  2. Drain
  3. Toss with small amount of oil to prevent sticking
  4. Place remaining ingredients in blender
  5. Blend and pour over mostaccioli
  6. Refrigerate
  7. Let set 3 days
  8. Will keep for 4 weeks
