PeggyS Pickled Mostaccioli
Ingredients
- 1 lb box mostaccioli
- 6 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 12 c vinegar
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarse pepper
- 1 tsp Accent
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium cucumber
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions adding food coloring to water
- Drain
- Toss with small amount of oil to prevent sticking
- Place remaining ingredients in blender
- Blend and pour over mostaccioli
- Refrigerate
- Let set 3 days
- Will keep for 4 weeks
