Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 to 5 Tbsp balsamic vinegar or use Paul Newman balsamic vinaigrette
- 13 c packed fresh basil sliced
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta In a skillet combine all other ingredients and simmer Drain pasta and combine with heated tomato mixture Top with Parmesan cheese
