Pennsylvania Dutch Hot Salad Or Dandelion Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 14 to 12 c vinegar
- 1 c sugar
- 3 c water
- salt and pepper to taste
- few strips of crisp bacon some drippings can be added for flavor
Directions
- Mix eggs slightly
- Add sugar and vinegar
- Mix with some water add remaining water
- Mix again slightly
- Cook over low burner so it does not curdle
- If it should curdle beat
- You can use 3 eggs or two eggs and then thicken with flour or cornstarch 1 tablespoon to an egg
