Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1 qt chicken broth
- 2 c diced cooked chicken
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 c diced celery
- 14 c diced onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- flour enough to make stiff biscuit like dough
Directions
- Knead briefly and roll out on floured surface as thin as you can
- Cut into squares
- Drop into boiling broth and cook 15 minutes or until done
- Add parsley before serving
