Pepper Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 small or medium head of cabbage
- 1 or 2 green peppers
- water
- vinegar
Directions
- Quarter cabbage and remove core
- Remove inside seeds from pepper
- Grind on course blades of grinder
- Make a mixture of water and vinegar proportion 13 cup vinegar to 23 cup water Make enough to thoroughly moisten cabbage and pepper
