Pepper Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 small or medium head of cabbage
• 1 or 2 green peppers
• water
• vinegar

Directions

1. Quarter cabbage and remove core
2. Remove inside seeds from pepper
3. Grind on course blades of grinder
4. Make a mixture of water and vinegar proportion 13 cup vinegar to 23 cup water Make enough to thoroughly moisten cabbage and pepper
