Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves skinned boned and cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 c water
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 14 tsp ground ginger
- 1 sweet red bell pepper cut into 14-inch strips
- 1 green bell pepper cut into 14-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- hot cooked rice
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Saute chicken in hot oil in a heavy skillet 2 to 3 minutes Add water and next 3 ingredients bring to a boil
- Cover reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes
- Stir in bell pepper strips
