Pepper Pork Chop Dijon
Ingredients
- 7 medium sliced potatoes
- 2 large sliced onions
- 7 to 9 trimmed pork chops
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Dijon mustard
- ginger ale
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Layer sliced potatoes and onions Sprinkle with salt and pepper in baking dish
- Spread Dijon mustard on pork chops
- Place pork chops on top of potatoes
- Now pour ginger ale in baking dish being careful not to get ginger ale on pork chops
- Bake for 1 hour or until done
- Chow down 3rd section
- This goes well with garden salad
