Pepper Relish

Ingredients
- 3 c green peppers
- 3 c red peppers
- 3 c onions
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c vinegar
- 12 box celery seed
- 12 box mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp salt
Directions
- Chop the green and red peppers and the onions
- Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes
- Drain
- Mix with the vinegar and spice mixture
- Boil 12 hour
- Pour into scalded jars Seal
- Store in a cool place
