Pepper RelishMakes About 6 To 8 Pints

Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 12 onions
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c vinegar
- 3 Tbsp salt
Directions
- Grind and soak peppers and onions in boiling water for 15 minutes
- Drain and add sugar vinegar and salt
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 to 35 minutes
- Seal at once
- Delicious on sandwiches
