Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 4 green bell peppers cut in strips
- 1 red bell pepper cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- salt pepper paprika to taste
- 12 c beef broth
- parsley chopped
- 4 veal filets or beef steak filet
- 2 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Saute peppers in margarine
- Season with salt pepper and paprika
- Add broth
- Simmer for 15 minutes
- Add parsley Sprinkle meat with black pepper and press into meat
- Fry in hot oil two to three minutes on each side
- Combine sauteed peppers and meat
