Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb steak cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 medium onion cut up
- 1 large bell pepper cut in chunks
- soy sauce to taste
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Soak strips of steak in soy sauce at least 30 minutes
- Cut up medium onion and large bell pepper in chunks
- Heat margarine until it sizzles then cook onions and peppers until they are tender
- Drain steak add to vegetables and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes
- Add small amount of soy sauce to taste along with salt and pepper
