Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 green bell peppers cut in strips
  • 1 red bell pepper cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • salt pepper paprika to taste
  • 12 c beef broth
  • parsley chopped
  • 4 veal filets or beef steak filet
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Saute peppers in margarine
  2. Season with salt pepper and paprika
  3. Add broth
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes
  5. Add parsley Sprinkle meat with black pepper and press into meat
  6. Fry in hot oil two to three minutes on each side
  7. Combine sauteed peppers and meat
