Peppered Rib Eye SteaksDry Marinade

Ingredients

• 4 steaks
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp dried ground thyme
• 2 tsp ground oregano
• 1 12 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red pepper optional

Directions

1. Brush steaks with olive oil
2. In a small bowl combine all seasonings
3. Sprinkle seasoning over steaks and press into both sides
4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour
5. Grill steaks
6. We have used this on every cut of steak even deer steaks and it is very good
