Peppered Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 14 c cooking oil
- 14 c soy sauce
Directions
- Cut steaks into strips brown in cooking oil
- Add onion and pepper chopped in strips
- Cover for 5 minutes
- Add tomatoes and soy sauce cook until thickened
- Serve over rice
