Peppermint Candy
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 drop food coloring any color
- 2 12 c powdered sugar
- 12 tsp peppermint extract
Directions
- Slightly beat egg white
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Roll out between waxed paper until very thin
- Cut with small cutter or bottle cap
- Place on waxed paper and allow to dry
