Peppermint Dessert

Ingredients

• 34 c graham crumbs
• 14 c butter melted
• 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 23 c butter
• 2 c sifted powdered sugar
• 2 eggs separated
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 gal peppermint ice cream
• chocolate fudge sauce

Directions

1. Combine crumbs and butter and spread in bottom of

4. Melt chocolate and butter
5. let cool Add sugar yolks pecans and vanilla
6. Beat whites until stiff and fold
7. into above mixture
8. Pour over crumbs

10. freeze Spread ice
11. cream over chocolate mixtureDrizzle
12. chocolate sauce over mixture and freeze
