Peppermint Dessert
Ingredients
- 34 c graham crumbs
- 14 c butter melted
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 23 c butter
- 2 c sifted powdered sugar
- 2 eggs separated
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 gal peppermint ice cream
- chocolate fudge sauce
Directions
- Combine crumbs and butter and spread in bottom of
- 9
- x 13-inch ungreased pan
- Melt chocolate and butter
- let cool Add sugar yolks pecans and vanilla
- Beat whites until stiff and fold
- into above mixture
- Pour over crumbs
- and
- freeze Spread ice
- cream over chocolate mixtureDrizzle
- chocolate sauce over mixture and freeze
