Peppermint Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 c milk
- 3 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 2 12 c half and half
- 12 c crushed hard peppermint candy
- additional crushed hard peppermint candy optional
Directions
- Place milk in top of a large double boiler
- Bring water to a boil Cook until milk is thoroughly heated Remove from heat Set aside
