Peppermint Patties

Ingredients
- 1 box 10x sugar
- 2 to 3 tsp peppermint extract
- 14 c evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp butter softened
- 12 tsp vanilla
- coating chocolate
Directions
- In bowl combine 10x sugar butter peppermint extract and vanilla
- Add milk and mix well
- Roll into one-inch balls and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet
- Chill for 20 minutes Flatten with the palm of hand to 14-inch thickness
- Chill for an hour
- Dip into coating chocolate place on waxed paper until chocolate is set
- Yield Approximately 5 dozen
