Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 14 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 baked pie shell tinted red
  • peppermint ice cream

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites sugar and cream of tartar until peaks form Spread thinly over pie shell
  2. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes
  3. Cool Fill crust with peppermint ice cream and place in freezer until ready to serve
