Pepperoni Bread
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 lb unsliced pepperoni depending on taste
- 1 lb solid Mozzarella or shredded
- 1 12 lb pizza bread dough makes 2 loafs
- 2 egg whites
- 12 c flour
Directions
- Slice pepperoni into cubes 18-inch thick
- Shred Mozzarella Preheat oven to 425
- Using a roller apply flour on surface Roll dough into a diamond shape 6 x 6-inch wide starting at the smallest point
- Add pepperoni and Mozzarella small portions at a time
- Roll over and continue adding then rolling pinching each end
- After roll is completed spread egg white over roll with paper towel
- Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly
