Pepperoni Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 5 oz finely grated pepperoni
  • 5 oz shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese half and half
  • 12 tsp oregano
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 8 oz pkg refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In small bowl blend pepperoni cheeses oregano and egg
  3. Roll apart crescent rolls into 8 rectangles press perforations to seal
  4. Spread mixture on each rectangle making sure to cover to the edges
  5. Starting at shorter side roll up and seal
  6. Cut each roll into 6 pieces
