Pepperoni Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 5 oz finely grated pepperoni
- 5 oz shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese half and half
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 8 oz pkg refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In small bowl blend pepperoni cheeses oregano and egg
- Roll apart crescent rolls into 8 rectangles press perforations to seal
- Spread mixture on each rectangle making sure to cover to the edges
- Starting at shorter side roll up and seal
- Cut each roll into 6 pieces
