Perfect Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 14 c Wesson oil
Directions
- Sift flour with sugar baking powder and salt stir in cornmeal
- Add eggs milk and Wesson oil
- Beat with rotary or electric beater until just smooth
- Do not overbeat
- Pour into greased iron skillet or 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes
