Perfect Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 34 c shortening Crisco
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 egg
- 12 c water
Directions
- Mix flour sugar and salt well
- Add shortening and mix with fork until crumbly
- In a small bowl combine water vinegar and egg
- Combine the 2 mixtures
- Divide 4 or 5 portions and wrap in Saran Wrap
- Freeze what you do not use and refrigerate the rest for 12 hour before rolling out
- Dough may be refrigerated 3 days or frozen indefinitely
