Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c brown sugar
- 16 oz pumpkin
- 13 oz evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 regular pie crusts
Directions
- Combine eggs and pumpkin
- Blend in sugar spice and flour mix well
- Add milk mix well
- Pour into pie crusts
- Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
- Cool serve with whipped cream if desired
- Store in refrigerator
