Perfect Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2-12 c flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 34 tsp salt
• 12 c butter
• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

1. Mix flour baking soda and salt set aside
2. Cream butter shortening sugar and vanilla add egg and beat until fluffy Stir in flour mixture blend in milk to form a dough
3. Roll dough into balls and flatten with glass dipped in water and sugar
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes or less
5. Dont over cook
