Perfection PieSugar-Free

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 13 c water boiling
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar replacement
- 2 Tbsp vegetable shortening melted
- 1 8-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Melt chips in boiling water set aside to cool
- Beat eggs Blend in cornstarch and sugar replacement
- Continue beating and add the shortening and gradually the chocolate mixture
- Pour into the pie shell
- Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes or until custard is set
