Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter or margarine
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 12 c flour
  • 1 tsp soda in 14 c hot water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 c persimmon pulp

Directions

  1. Cream butter sugar and eggs together
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan pour in and bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
