Persimmon Pudding
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 12 c flour
- 1 tsp soda in 14 c hot water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 c milk
- 2 c persimmon pulp
Directions
- Cream butter sugar and eggs together
- Add all other ingredients and mix well Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan pour in and bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
