Persimmon Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 c persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 34 c milk
- 2 c sifted flour
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Mix pulp eggs and milk Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture
- Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches Bake 1 hour at 300
