Ingredients

  • 2 c persimmon pulp
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 34 c milk
  • 2 c sifted flour
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

  1. Mix pulp eggs and milk Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture
  2. Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches Bake 1 hour at 300
