Pesto

Ingredients
- 2 c lightly packed basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 c olive oil
- 13 c pine nuts
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese from chunk
Directions
- Rinse and drain basil
- Combine garlic and oil in a food processor and process until garlic is finely chopped
- Add basil and nuts and process until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients and process until blended
