Philly Apricot Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c margarine
• 1 12 c sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 12 tsp lemon peel
• 4 12 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 small jar apricot preserves

Directions

1. Mix sugar margarine and cream cheese well
2. Add eggs juice and peel
3. Add flour and baking powder
4. Chill several hours
