Philly Beef-A-RoniIn Honor Of Adios

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb lean ground beef
• 1 can mushroom soup undiluted
• 1 can tomato paste small
• 1 clove fresh garlic mashed
• 1 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 pkg large shell macaroni
• 6 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 1 pt commercial sour cream I prefer Borden
• 1 small onion chopped

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in skillet
2. Add mushroom soup tomato paste garlic salt pepper and sugar cook slowly 15 to 20 minutes
3. Cook macaroni until barely tender drain
4. Set oven at 350
5. Mix cream cheese with milk sour cream and onion
