Picante Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 qt tomatoes peeled
- 4 medium onions
- 5 to 6 medium bell peppers
- 2 to 2 12 lb fresh jalapenos
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp red pepper
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 c vinegar
Directions
- Put tomatoes onions bell peppers and jalapeno peppers through food grinder
- Add seasonings and vinegar
- Bring to a boil
- Simmer about 1 hour stirring often
- Pour in pint jars and seal in hot water bath
