Ingredients

• 12 c tomatoes
• 1 c sugar
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 1 Tbsp cumin seed
• 1 tsp alum
• 2 12 c vinegar
• 4 c jalapeno pepper
• 2 Tbsp garlic powder
• 4 c onions
• 2 cans tomato paste
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 13 c salt

Directions

1. Mix all together and simmer 1 hour or until thickened
2. Seal in jars
