Ingredients

• 2 medium onions diced
• 2 large green peppers diced
• 1 medium jar stuffed olives drained save the juice
• 1 small jar capers
• 12 pkg seedless raisins
• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 large can Hunts tomato sauce
• 4 full Tbsp olive oil
• 2 full Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 olive juice from drained olives
• 12 tsp Accent
• 14 tsp oregano
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp celery salt
• 14 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Combine all seasonings stir with fork
2. Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons olive oil set aside
3. Saute meat in 2 tablespoons olive oil stir in seasonings
4. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce stir well
