Pickled Cocktail Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 4 oz cans button mushrooms
- 1 c white wine or cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 shredded bay leaf
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 whole black peppercorns
- 1 clove garlic sliced
- 1 slice lemon
Directions
- Combine vinegar seasonings and mushroom liquid
- Boil for 3 minutes
- Turn off heat
- Add mushrooms and place in a glass jar Refrigerate overnight but flavor improves if refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks
