Pickled Cukes

Ingredients
- 34 c wine vinegar
- 13 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp parsley
- 34 tsp pepper
- 3 medium size cucumbers sliced thin
- 2 small onions sliced thin
Directions
- In a large bowl combine 14 cup of water with all ingredients Peel cucumbers and cut very thin slices
- Add to bowl and toss very well
- Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours before serving
