Pickled Daikon Japanese Radish

Ingredients
- 3 lb sliced Daikon
- 34 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp Hawaiian rock salt
- 1 Hawaiian red pepper
Directions
- Boil vinegar sugar salt and pepper until sugar melts
- Cool mixture and pour over sliced Daikon and let sit 1 hour and refrigerate
