Pickled Squash

Ingredients
- 8 c sliced yellow squash
- 2 large onions sliced
- 2 bell peppers seeded and cut up
- 2 c salt
- 2 c vinegar
- 3 c sugar
- 2 tsp mustard seed
- 2 small jars pimento
Directions
- Bring to a boil
- Add all ingredients and bring to a second boil
- Put in pint jars and seal
- Makes 4 pints
