Picnic Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- 12 c cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- butter size of walnut
- 12 lb Bakers coconut
Directions
- Mix ingredients as given
- Bake in unbaked pie shell in moderate oven until lightly browned
- This makes 2 pies and can be stacked on top of each other when cool
