Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 c milk 1 12 c to heat 12 c to mix with egg yolks
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 Tbsp flour rounded
• salt dash
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 c coconut or 2 bananas or 2 Tbsp cocoa

Directions

1. Mix flour sugar salt together Then add to egg yolk and milk mixture stir into heated milk Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly Add butter vanilla and coconut banana or cocoa Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell
