Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1 14 c all-purpose flour
- 13 c diced butter or margarine
- 2 to 3 Tbsp ice water
- 1 Tbsp sugar optional
Directions
- When preparing pie crust it is important that all ingredients are well chilled otherwise dough will be very sticky
- In large bowl combine flour and sugar if used
- Blend in butter with a knife until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Add cold water and form into a ball
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
