Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 10 c flour
• 3 12 c lard or Crisco
• 1 c ice water
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Mix flour shortening soda and salt until crumbly
2. Mix water eggs and vinegar together then add to flour mixture
