Pie Crust - Easy - Never Fail

Ingredients
- 5 c flour
- 1 lb or 2 c lard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ice water
Directions
- Crumble ingredients with pie blender Beat 1 egg in cup and finish filling cup with ice water
- Mix all together
- Roll into crust
- Makes 2 2-crust pies or 4 single or 8 apple dumplings Crust freezes well
