Pie Crust For Double Crust

Ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 23 c shortening
- 4 Tbsp cold water
Directions
- Mix flour and salt together in a bowl Add the shortening and mix it into the flour and salt with a fork or your fingertips until the mixture has the texture of coarse crumbs Mix in the water a little at a time Refrigerate to chill before rolling out the dough
