Pie Crust Mix

Ingredients
- 7 c sifted flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 12 c shortening or 2 c lard
Directions
- Work up with a pastry blender and store for future use
- Using 1 12 cups of mix for one pie crust and 2 cups of mix for a double crust add 4 to 6 tablespoons of water when ready to bake pie
