Pie Crust Supreme

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 14 c shortening
• 1 beaten egg
• 5 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Sift flour baking powder and salt Cut in shortening Add water vinegar and egg all at once to the dry ingredients
2. Mix Roll as usual
