Pie CrustLow-Fat Low Cholesterol

Ingredients

  • 1 13 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 13 c oil
  • 3 Tbsp cold skim milk

Directions

  1. Sift into a bowl flour and salt
  2. Mix oil and milk
  3. Add all at once to the flour and stir until mixed
  4. Using the hands form the mixture into a smooth ball
  5. Roll the dough between 2 sheets of wax paper until it is a circle about 11-inches in diameter Remove one sheet of wax paper
  6. Turn the crust into a 9-inch pan Remove wax paper
  7. Bake in 400 oven for 12 minutes or until browned
  8. If the crust is to be baked with a filling follow the cooking directions for the filling
  9. Double the recipe for a double crusted pie
