Pierogi Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 12 sticks margarine
  • 2 Tbsp dry onion or 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 6 to 8 potatoes

Directions

  1. Make mashed potatoes with potatoes and part of milk
  2. Save remaining milk for cheese sauce
  3. Cook noodles 10 minutes rinse with warm water and set aside
  4. Cook margarine milk onion and cheese until melted
  5. In 9 x 13-inch greased pan add 12 of noodles
  6. Spread in pan
  7. Add not quite 12 of cheese sauce Spread evenly
  8. Add mashed potatoes on top of noodles and cheese Add remaining noodles and cheese sauce
  9. Bake at 350 until golden brown or 30 minutes
