Pierogi Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lasagna noodles
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 12 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp dry onion or 1 small onion chopped
- 1 12 c milk
- 6 to 8 potatoes
Directions
- Make mashed potatoes with potatoes and part of milk
- Save remaining milk for cheese sauce
- Cook noodles 10 minutes rinse with warm water and set aside
- Cook margarine milk onion and cheese until melted
- In 9 x 13-inch greased pan add 12 of noodles
- Spread in pan
- Add not quite 12 of cheese sauce Spread evenly
- Add mashed potatoes on top of noodles and cheese Add remaining noodles and cheese sauce
- Bake at 350 until golden brown or 30 minutes
