Pilaf Rice

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 14 c butter
- 1 12 c instant rice
- 1 12 c beef bouillon
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp parsley
Directions
- Saute onion in butter in large skillet until tender but not brown about 5 minutes
- Add rice and saute for 3 minutes
- Add bouillon
- and salt
- Bring to boil
- Remove from heat
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes
- Stir in almonds and parsley fluff with a fork
