Pilgrim Pie
Ingredients
- 4 c cooked turkey
- 1 c frozen peas
- 1 c frozen corn
- 2 10 12 oz cans turkey gravy
- 14 c snipped chives
- 1 to 1 12 tsp dried thyme
- 4 c leftover mashed potatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- In a large bowl mix turkey peas corn gravy 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme
- Turn into shallow 2 12 to 3-quart baking dish set aside
- Warm potatoes and mix in remaining chives
- Cover turkey mixture with potatoes Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes until turkey mixture is bubbly and potatoes begin to brown
- Makes about 6 servings
